What we do

We off three methods of printing, Direct to Garment, Screenprinting and Dye-Sublimation. Between these three methods we can decorate anything from T-shirts to Coffee Mugs; with no minimum. If you’re looking for a gift we can print one t-shirt or one mug (no job is to small) or if you are looking for hundreds of shirts for an event we can help; 99% of jobs are completed in-house, but if for some reason we can’t help in-house we have a network of partners across the country and can support your needs.

Direct-to-Garment

How is Direct to Garment (DTG) printing done?
Direct to Garment (DTG) is a digital printing process in which a T-Shirt sent through a custom designed digital printer that directly prints on the garment using specialty textile inks designed for garments and like fabrics. The most impressive thing about DTG printing is the ability to print virtually any image. Unlike with screen printing, there are very few limitations and you are not limited on how many colors can be in your design. Full color, along with a great “hand” feel to the final print maintains the integrity of the t-shirt.

Screen Printing

How is Screen printing done?
Screen printing is a method of garment printing that involves pushing ink through a mesh screen onto a garment. By burning an image onto the screen, you create an opening in which the ink can be pulled across the screen and be transferred to the garment. With screen printing, each color of the design needs its own screen and stencil. Because of this, designs with many colors are often too expensive and are better suited for a digital printing method.

Dye-Sublimation

How is dye-sublimation printing done?
Dye sublimation printing is the method of applying an image to specially coated ceramics, metals and polyester cloth. Sublimation ink is unique in its ability to convert from a solid to a gas without going through a liquid form. (Just like dry ice.) The conversion is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time. Hard items such as ceramic, fiber board, metals, etc. requires a special coating to accept the sublimation inks.

What do we sublimate?
With such a broad variety of products we have chosen to focus on Mugs, Aluminum water bottles, Keychains, Metal business cards, Jewelry, and Flip Flop sandals. Prices vary based on quantity.
